Mark Setch

Leadership Development Specialist, Trainer and Coach; Ministry Team Leader Peace Christian Community, Redcliffe QLD. Mark has known Graeme and been in some level of relationship with Heartland since 2003

Paul Potter

Director, Community Housing Support Facilities - SVDP.  Paul has been a mate, mentor and ministry partner with Graeme for over 20 years and has been in relationship with Heartland since its inception.      

Leadership Team / Board of Management

Graeme Hush founded the idea of 'Heartland' and the accessible journey commenced in 2001. He is Heartland's Chief Serving Officer (CSO) and the Chairperson of HLM Inc. (see bio)

Mikel Azure has been a fellow worker with Graeme since Heartland's inception in 2001. He is an experienced counsellor & advocate and is currently working in the Health & Community Services Sector. He is Deputy Chairperson on the HLM Inc. Board.

Karen Hush is the HLM Inc. Board Secretary & Public Officer.  She brings over a decade of administrative experience in not-for-profit organisations to the table. 

Anne Freeman has worked in accounting and book keeping for decades and brings a wealth of experience, especially with not-for-profit associations, to the HLM Inc. Board as its Treasurer  (Photo Coming)

Rebecca Edmund is a Director on the HLM Inc. Board.  She is a lawyer with years of experience, particularly in contract law.
